We believe the key to becoming successful in life is growing up in an environment that not only prepares a child academically and emotionally, but also provides opportunities for career choices that appeal to their talents and interests.

The primary purpose of Beyond the Rainbow Foundation is to help children who are at risk for not achieving their full potential. By supporting activities that enable them to pursue education and enriching extracurricular activities, as well as providing them with mentors and role models, we believe Beyond the Rainbow can make a difference.

The rainbow has long been a symbol of hope for a brighter tomorrow .   As parents, extended family and friends, we all hope our children have a very bright future ahead.

Beyond the Rainbow Foundation was founded by a group of concerned parents who want to help Maui’s youth reach beyond the rainbow and realize the promise of their future.

adidas - a name that stands for competence in all sectors of sport around the globe. The vision of company founder Adolf Dassler has long become reality, and his corporate philosophy the guiding principle for successor generations.

The idea was as simple as it was brilliant. Adi Dassler's aim was to provide every athlete with the best possible equipment. It all began in 1920, when Adi Dassler made his first shoes using the few materials available after the First World War.

The late Gary Adams, the son of a golf professional, founded TaylorMade in McHenry , Ill. , and began making a rather small (by today's standards, about the size of a 7-wood) steelheaded driver that looked and sounded different from the wooden woods then in use. The invention was borne of a simple belief: that balls struck with a metal driver will travel farther than those hit by a wooden club.

To get the operation going, Adams, who died of cancer at the age of 56 in 2000, took out a $24,000 loan on his home, rented a 6,000 square-foot building and hired two other employees. He also set off to convince tour players that his innovation was authentic and competitive. Although it was not the first metal driver ever, it was fairly sound and certainly advanced for the time.

U.S. Kids Golf was started in January, 1997, as a solution to the problem its founder, Dan Van Horn, had when getting his kids into golf. His children, ages 3 and 6, were enthusiastic at first, but their interest quickly dropped.

"They weren't having fun," Van Horn recalls. "It seemed that they lost interest after only 15 minutes. At the time, I didn't know cutoffs and junior clubs were so heavy. They were not only hurting my kids' swings, but also their desire to play."

That's when Dan Van Horn began developing Ultralight Kidsklubs, designed to be 25% lighter than adult and most junior clubs, and formed the company U.S. Kids Golf.

Since then, parents and pros across the country and around the world have seen the incredible difference Ultralight and Performance Light Kidsklubs have made in their child's swing and enthusiasm for the game.

Ultralight and Performance Light Kidsklubs are changing the way kids learn and enjoy the game of golf. Once in your child's hands, you'll understand why.
